Terms of service

1. The service

Upsell provides software-as-a-service for restaurant sales, ordering and operations. The service is provided “as is” and evolves continuously.

2. Subscription and payment

The service is sold for a monthly fee per the current price list or agreement. No setup fees are charged and subscriptions carry no lock-in unless otherwise agreed.

Upsell charges no transaction fees. Card fees are billed directly by the customer’s payment provider.

3. Liability

Upsell prioritizes high uptime and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Upsell is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost business, resulting from service interruptions.

4. Customer data

Sales and operational data belong to the customer. Upon termination, the customer may request an export of their data.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjavík.
