1. Data controller

Upsell ehf., Reykjavík, Iceland, is the controller for personal data processed on this website and in the Upsell platform. Privacy inquiries: hello@upsell.is.

2. What we collect

On this website we only collect information you send us yourself, for example via email or the contact form (name, email, phone number and the content of your inquiry).

Within the Upsell platform we process order data on behalf of the restaurants using the system. For that processing, Upsell acts as processor and the restaurant as controller.

3. How we use it

Inquiry data is used solely to answer and follow up on your request. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure within the EEA or with providers meeting GDPR data-transfer requirements. Access is restricted to staff who need it for their work.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@upsell.is to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
