What does the monthly fee include?
The product itself, the dashboard, unlimited orders and unlimited staff accounts. Hardware is purchased separately.
Does Upsell take transaction fees?
No. Upsell charges a flat monthly fee. Card fees are billed directly by your payment provider (Teya, Rapyd, etc.).
Can I start small and add on?
Yes. Start with online ordering, add the POS when ready, kiosks later. Each product stands on its own.
Is pricing per location or per restaurant?
POS and kiosks are per location. Online and QR ordering are per restaurant and cover all locations.
What does the KDS cost?
Nothing. The kitchen display is included with every product.
